Ali Muzhar

Born in Jerusalem in 1989, Ali resides in Tzur Bacher, a village in East Jerusalem. His family tree spreads as far as Syria. Ali took his first culinary steps in 2006 when his father, a reputable butcher and colleague, ‘turned him over’ to Chef Kedem, so make him a fine cook. During his time in Arcadia Ali has taken part in various special and important culinary events the last of which was the Peace dinner organized by the Club des Chefs des Chefs’ alongside Chef Kedem, serving to distinguished guests such as Chef Alain Ducasse. Ali’s name also graces several dishes on Arcadia’s menu, a rare achievement in itself.

Amir Naor

A 9th generation sabra born in Jerusalem in 1984. Upon his discharge from the military service he acquired a formal culinary education at Hadassa college culinary program and, following a short internship at Arcadia, he decided to stay. In 2010 Amir took a year’s leave of absence and moved to Tel Aviv, where he worked at “David ve Yossef”. He returned to Arcadia after realizing his heart belonged to Jerusalem.

Artur Burlaka

Born in Jerusalem in 1987 to a Turkish- Russian family. During his military service served a cook and later on graduated from Hadassa college culinary program. Worked at ‘Joy’ and ‘Café Rimon’ in Jerusalem. In 2012 he realized his dream and joined Arcadia’s kitchen.
